According to CMS, the compensation structure for Contract Year 2026 will continue to follow the methodology that was in place prior to the 2025 Final Rule due to ongoing litigation affecting certain compensation-related provisions. </span> </p> <p> <br/> </p> <p> <span> <span> For 2026, the maximum national compensation for Medicare Advantage (MA) and Section 1876 Cost Plan enrollments increases to </span> </span> <strong> $694 for initial enrollments </strong> <span> <span> and </span> </span> <strong> $347 for renewals </strong> <span> <span> . In select states, including California and New Jersey, higher regional compensation limits apply. Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) compensation rates are set at </span> </span> <strong> $114 for initial enrollments </strong> <span> <span> and </span> </span> <strong> $57 for renewals </strong> <span> <span> .
